     STRONG WINDS AND SEV TURB.
II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     AN INTENSE REPLENISHMENT OF THE NORTHEAST
     MONSOON IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE COAST OF
     GUANGDONG.
     AT 9 A.M., TROPICAL STORM KAMMURI WAS LOCATED
     NEAR 14.5 DEGREES NORTH, 114.6 DEGREES EAST. IT
     IS FORECAST TO MOVE SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 8 KNOTS
     ACROSS THE CENTRAL PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA
     AND DISSIPATE GRADUALLY.
