     AREAS OF GUANGDONG. BESIDES, PRESSURE IS RISING
     OVER NORTHERN CHINA. A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO
     FORM AND REACH THE COAST OF GUANGDONG LATER
     TOMORROW.
     AT 4 P.M., TYPHOON PHANFONE WAS LOCATED NEAR
     12.2 DEGREES NORTH, 121.0 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 11
     KNOTS ACROSS THE CENTRAL PART OF THE PHILIPPINES
     TOWARDS THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA.
