     CENTRED AT 14.0 DEGREES NORTH, 117.5 DEGREES
     EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST AT
     ABOUT 5 KNOTS ACROSS THE CENTRAL PART OF THE
     SOUTH CHINA SEA.
