I.   SIGNIFICANT WEATHER WITHIN 100 KILOMETER RADIUS OF H.K :
     SEV TURB AND SEV GUSTS.  
     GALE FORCE WINDS.
II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE SOUTH
     CHINA COASTAL AREAS.
     TYPHOON SAUDEL HAS WEAKENED INTO A SEVERE
     TROPICAL STORM.
     AT 7 A.M., SAUDEL WAS LOCATED AT 17.9 DEGREES
     NORTH, 113.3 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO
     MOVE WEST AT ABOUT 6 KNOTS ACROSS THE CENTRAL
     PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA AND TOWARDS THE
     VICINITY OF HAINAN ISLAND AND THE CENTRAL PART
     OF VIETNAM.
