     STRONG WINDS AND SEV TURB.
II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE SOUTH
     CHINA COASTAL AREAS.
     AT  11 P.M., TYPHOON MOLAVE WAS LOCATED AT 13.3
     DEGREES NORTH, 123.0 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST AT ABOUT 12 KNOTS ACROSS
     THE CENTRAL PART OF THE PHILIPPINES. MEANWHILE,
     TROPICAL DEPRESSION SAUDEL WAS LOCATED AT 17.5
     DEGREES NORTH, 107.4 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST AT ABOUT 10 KNOTS ACROSS
     THE VICINITY OF THE CENTRAL PART OF VIETNAM AND
     DISSIPATE GRADUALLY.
