     CHINA COASTAL AREAS.
     AT 4 P.M., TYPHOON MOLAVE WAS LOCATED AT 13.4
     DEGREES NORTH, 118.6 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST AT ABOUT 12 KNOTS ACROSS
     THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PARTS OF THE SOUTH
     CHINA SEA.
