     THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE 
     COASTAL AREAS OF GUANGDONG.
     AT 4 P.M., TYPHOON MOLAVE WAS LOCATED AT 15.3
     DEGREES NORTH, 108.4 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 12
     KNOTS ACROSS INDO-CHINA AND WEAKEN.
