     NEAR 19.2 DEGREES NORTH, 124.7 DEGREES EAST AND
     IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTH SLOWLY AT FIRST,
     ACROSS THE SEAS EAST OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THEN
     TURN NORTHEASTWARDS LATER.
