     NORTHWESTERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA WAS
     CENTRED NEAR 18.4 DEGREES NORTH 110.1 DEGREES
     EAST AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST OR
     WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 10 KNOTS ACROSS HAINAN
     ISLAND AND BEIBU WAN.
