     21.4 DEGREES NORTH, 115.7 DEGREES EAST AND IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE EAST-NORTHEAST AND THEN TRACK
     NORTHEAST LATER AT ABOUT 5 KNOTS ACROSS THE
     COASTAL WATERS OF GUANGDONG.
