II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     A SOUTHERLY AIRSTREAM IS GENERALLY AFFECTING THE
     SOUTH CHINA COASTAL AREAS. BESIDES, THE AREA OF
     LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN PART OF 
THE
     SOUTH CHINA SEA IS MOVING TOWARDS THE COAST OF
     WESTERN GUANGDONG AND WEAKENING GRADUALLY.
