     PRESSURE IS RISING OVER INLAND GUANGDONG. AN
     INTENSE WINTER MONSOON IS EXPECTED TO REACH THE
     COASTAL AREAS TONIGHT. MEANWHILE, A BROAD BAND
     OF CLOUDS IS BRINGING RAINY WEATHER TO GUANGDONG.
