Announcement on Localised Heavy Rain: More than 70 millimetres of rainfall were recorded in Sai Kung District in the past 1 hour ending at 2:15 a.m. and may cause serious flooding.
Though rainstorm warning has been cancelled, people should stay alert to the danger that may be brought about by river flooding.
Gusts reaching 70 kilometres per hour or above may continue to affect Hong Kong.
