Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The winter monsoon continues to bring cold and dry weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over the territory stayed around 40 per cent in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly fine and cold. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 8 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Very dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 13 degrees. Moderate northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Dry on Wednesday and Thursday with cold mornings. Daytime temperatures rising in the latter part of this week.
