Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The winter monsoon continues to bring cold and dry weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over most parts of the territory were below 40 per cent around noon.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly fine and very dry. Cold tonight. Moderate north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Dry in the next couple of days. Still cold in the morning. Temperature and relative humidity rising in the latter part of this week.
