Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The winter monsoon continues to bring cold and dry weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over many places stayed below 40 per cent in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

It will be dry. Becoming cloudy and cold overnight with a minimum temperature of about 10 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny periods during the day tomorrow with a maximum temperature of around 15 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore.

Outlook : Still cold on Thursday morning. Temperature and relative humidity rising towards the weekend.
