Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The winter monsoon continues to bring dry weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over many places stayed around 50 per cent in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly cloudy and dry. Cold tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be about 12 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Bright periods during the day tomorrow with a maximum temperature of around 16 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Temperature and relative humidity rising towards the weekend. It will become cold again early next week.
