Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The winter monsoon continued to affect southern China yesterday. Locally, it was mainly cloudy and dry. There were sunny intervals during the day. The relative humidity over many places fell to around 50 per cent. A relatively mild and humid easterly airstream is expected to bring cloudy weather to the south China coast towards the weekend.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Mainly cloudy and dry. Cold in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 11 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Bright periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 16 degrees. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Temperature and relative humidity rising towards the weekend. It will become cold again early next week.
