Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The winter monsoon is bringing cold and dry weather to southern China. Locally, temperatures in the urban areas generally fell to around 11 degrees this morning, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories.

Weather forecast for today

Mainly cloudy and dry. Cold in the morning. Sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 16 degrees. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Temperature and relative humidity rising towards the weekend. It will become cold again early next week.
