Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A cold front moved across the coast of Guangdong yesterday. The associated winter monsoon affected the region gradually. Locally, it was mainly cloudy with relatively low visibility in some areas. There were sunny intervals in the afternoon. The winter monsoon is expected to bring cold and dry weather to Guangdong today and tomorrow.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Sunday, 11 Feb 2018)

Mainly cloudy. Visibility will be relatively low in some areas at first. Becoming cold and dry with temperatures ranging between 12 and 17 degrees. Sunny intervals during the day. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong on high ground.

Outlook : Mainly fine with cold morning on Monday. Temperatures rising towards the Lunar New Year.
