Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

An easterly airstream affected the coastal areas of Guangdong today. Locally, it was mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches. The weather was cooler and temperatures over most parts of the territory in the afternoon were four to five degrees lower than those of yesterday. A cold front over southern China is expected to reach the coastal areas during the day tomorrow. The associated northeast monsoon will bring rather cool weather to the region in the next couple of days.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Thursday, 22 Feb 2018)

Cloudy with a few rain patches. Temperatures lingering around 17 degrees at first. Moderate to fresh easterly winds, becoming northerlies and temperature dropping significantly. Temperatures will fall to around 14 degrees at night in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories.

Outlook : Rather cool on Friday morning. Weather will improve gradually in the following couple of days.
