Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon brought fine weather to southern China yesterday. Locally, it was sunny with rather cool morning. The weather was dry during the day. The relative humidity over most parts of the territory fell below 50 per cent. The northeast monsoon is expected to moderate today and tomorrow. It will be generally fine with temperatures rising over southern China.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Mainly fine. Cool in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 15 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 21 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, fresh offshore at first.

Outlook : Becoming humid with fog in the following couple of days. A few showers midweek this week.
