Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A ridge of high pressure covered the coast of southeastern China yesterday. Locally, the weather was fine. It was hot and dry during the day and temperatures in many places rose to around 29 degrees. The ridge of high pressure will continue to bring generally fine and hot weather to the coast of southeastern China today and tomorrow.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 22 degrees. Hot and dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 29 degrees. Light to moderate southeasterly winds.

Outlook : Hot during the day on Ching Ming Festival. Temperatures falling significantly with a few showers later on Friday. Cool in the morning over the weekend.
