Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing very dry weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over the territory generally fell below 40 per cent in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Very dry. Becoming fine tonight. Cool tomorrow morning with a minimum temperature of around 17 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be about 23 degrees during the day. Moderate north to northeasterly winds, fresh at first.

Outlook : Mainly fine and temperatures rising gradually in the following couple of days.
