Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affected the south China coast today, and a broad band of clouds covered the northern part of the South China Sea and the coast of Guangdong. Locally, it was mainly cloudy, cool in the morning with one or two showers, bright periods in the afternoon. The northeast monsoon is expected to moderate gradually in the next couple of days. Temperatures will rise over the region.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Wednesday, 18 Apr 2018)

Mainly cloudy. Sunny intervals in the afternoon. Temperatures will range between 20 and 25 degrees. Moderate easterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore.

Outlook : Sunny intervals on Thursday. One or two showers on Friday. Hot during the weekend.
