A southerly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the weather was hot and temperatures over parts of the territory rose to around 30 degrees around noon. Beside, a trough of low pressure is bringing showers to the northern part of southern China.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Hot with sunny periods at first. One or two showers later this afternoon and tonight. Light to moderate southerly winds.

Outlook : Some showers tomorrow and a few thunderstorms in the morning. Mainly cloudy in the following couple of days.
