     OVER THE CENTRAL PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA WAS
     LOCATED NEAR 16.0 DEGREES NORTH, 110.6 DEGREES
     EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTH SLOWLY
     TOWARDS THE VICINITY OF HAINAN ISLAND.
