Announcement on Localised Heavy Rain: More than 70 millimetres of rainfall were recorded in Sha Tin District in the past 1 hour ending at 6:35 a.m. and may cause serious flooding.
Gusts reaching 70 kilometres per hour or above may continue to affect Hong Kong.
