Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

Under the influence of a continental airstream, it was mainly fine in Hong Kong today. The weather was very hot during the day. Temperatures over the territory generally rose to 33 degrees or above in the afternoon. The continental airstream is expected to continue to bring generally fine weather to the coastal areas of Guangdong tomorrow.

At 11 p.m., Severe Tropical Storm Maliksi was centred about 940 kilometres south-southwest of Tokyo. It is forecast to move northeast at about 50 kilometres per hour across the seas south of Japan.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Monday, 11 Jun 2018)

Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 28 degrees. Very hot during the day with a maximum temperature of around 33 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light to moderate northwesterly winds.

Outlook : Showers and squally thunderstorms in the following few days.
