    An area of low pressure over the northeastern part of the South China Sea is bringing unsettled weather to the region. A tropical cyclone appears to be forming.

    Hong Kong Adjacent Waters:
    East to northeast force 4 to 5, occasionally force 6.
    Isolated showers and thunderstorms. Visibility relatively low in some areas at first.
    Moderate to rough seas.

    Nan'ao and Shanwei:
