The area of low pressure over the northeastern part of the South China Sea is gradually moving away from the Pearl River Estuary, generally towards the vicinity of Taiwan Strait. Meanwhile, showers are affecting the northern part of the South China Sea and the coast of eastern Guangdong.

Weather forecast for today

Sunny intervals and isolated showers. The maximum temperature will be about 31 degrees. Moderate west to southwesterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore.

Outlook : Hot with sunny periods in the next few days.
