The southwest monsoon is bringing showers to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, showers this morning brought a few millimetres of rainfall to Lantau Island and the western part of the New Territories.

Weather forecast for today

Mainly cloudy. Isolated showers in the morning. Hot with sunny periods during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Moderate south to southwesterly winds.

Outlook : Hot with sunny periods in the next few days.
