Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A southwesterly airstream is bringing showers to the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea.

At noon, Typhoon Soulik was centred about 160 kilometres west-southwest of Iwo Jima. It is forecast to move north slowly across the western North Pacific. Meanwhile, Tropical Depression Rumbia was centred about 230 kilometres north-northeast of Wuhan. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour across Henan and weaken gradually.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly cloudy with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms. Sunny intervals in the afternoon. Moderate south to southwesterly winds.

Outlook : A few showers and sunny intervals in the next couple of days.
