Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The broad band of clouds covering southern China thinned out gradually yesterday. Locally, there were one or two light rain patches yesterday morning. There were sunny periods during the day and visibility was rather low over some areas. The northeast monsoon is expected to affect the coast of Guangdong today and winds will strengthen from the east with one or two rain patches over the region in the middle and latter parts of this week.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Mainly cloudy. Relatively low visibility in some areas at first. Sunny periods during the day. Temperatures will range between 23 and 27 degrees. Moderate northeasterly winds, freshening from the east later.

Outlook : Windy with one or two rain patches in the following couple of days.
