Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affected the coast of Guangdong yesterday. Locally, it was mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches. The northeast monsoon is expected to strengthen slightly today and there will be a few rain patches over Guangdong in the next few days.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Saturday, 17 Nov 2018)

Cloudy with a few rain patches. Temperatures will range between 22 and 25 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground.

Outlook : Mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches in the following couple of days. Slightly cooler on Monday.
