Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

Winds were weak over the coast of Guangdong yesterday. Locally, there were sunny periods and visibility was rather low. The visibility in the harbour once fell to about 2000 metres. Besides, pressure over southeastern China started to rise yesterday afternoon. An easterly airstream is expected to affect the coast of Guangdong today and tomorrow.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Sunday, 13 Jan 2019)

Mainly cloudy. One or two light rain patches and rather low visibility at first. Sunny periods during the day. Temperatures will range between 18 and 22 degrees. Moderate easterly winds, becoming fresh.

Outlook : Windier with sunny periods in the following couple of days. Becoming cool midweek this week.
