II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     AN EASTERLY AIRSTREAM IS AFFECTING THE SOUTH
     CHINA COASTAL AREAS. MEANWHILE, PRESSURE OVER
     THE NORTHERN PART OF SOUTHERN CHINA IS RISING.
     THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS EXPECTED TO REACH THE
     COASTAL AREAS OF GUANGDONG AT NIGHT.
