     AT NOON,  TROPICAL STORM VONGFONG WAS LOCATED
     NEAR 17.9 DEGREES NORTH, 120.2 DEGREES EAST. IT
     IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTH AT ABOUT 8 KNOTS
     TOWARDS THE LUZON STRAIT.
