     SEV TURB.  GALE FORCE WINDS. 
     ISOL CUNIM/TS AND ASSOCIATED HAZARDS.
II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING GUANGDONG.
     BESIDES, SHOWERS ARE AFFECTING THE COASTAL AREAS
     AND THE NORTHERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA. 
     AT 4 P.M., TROPICAL STORM NOUL WAS LOCATED AT
     16.0 DEGREES NORTH, 105.5 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST AT ABOUT 15 KT ACROSS
     INDOCHINA PENINSULA AND WEAKEN GRADUALLY.
