II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     TROPICAL STORM LIONROCK HAS WEAKENED INTO A
     TROPICAL DEPRESSION.
     AT 4 P.M., LIONROCK WAS LOCATED AT 20.6 DEGREES
     NORTH, 106.9 DEGREES EAST.  IT IS FORECAST TO
     MOVE WEST-SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 8 KNOTS  AND ACROSS
     THE NORTHERN PART OF VIETNAM.
