     MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF ABOUT 45 KILOMETRES
     PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED AT 20.4
     DEGREES NORTH, 105.9 DEGREES EAST. IT IS
     FORECAST TO MOVE WEST-SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 15
     KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF
     VIETNAM AND WEAKEN GRADUALLY.
