II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     TROPICAL DEPRESSION MULAN HAS WEAKENED INTO AN
     AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE INLAND AREAS OF
     THE NORTHERN PART OF VIETNAM. 
     ITS ASSOCIATED UNSETTLED WEATHER CONTINUES TO
     AFFECT THE COASTAL AREAS OF GUANGDONG.
